Champagne André Clouet x Nïx — Nouvel Ami

A collaboration between two new friends has resulted in an exquisite champagne that may well become your new best friend. Jean-François Clouet and Nikolai developed this cuvée together, with the ambition of creating a fresh and youthful interpretation of a traditional product.

André Clouet is renowned for Pinot Noir grapes of the highest quality. Nikolai insisted on a low dosage to preserve honesty and purity of flavour. The champagne has already received a score of 8.8 in wine testing and has been met with an excellent tasting response.

Nikolai also created a highly exclusive series of Jeroboam bottles, each featuring a unique, handcrafted concrete art label.

André Clouet is a family-owned house, where Jean-François Clouet serves both as mayor of Bouzy and as champagne producer. The family has been producing champagne in the same château since 1741.
